The top three (3) crimes reported in 2020 were; phishing scams, non-payment/non-delivery scams and extortion. Phishing was the largest category...What does this mean? Email remains one of the biggest threat vectors for cybercrime and should remain an area of focus for security controls and threat mitigation activities, such as training and awareness to your employees, elders/vulnerable persons, family, and yourself.
